She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Cimicatta and Adeline Cimicatta; her siblings, Mildred Mezzatesta, Marie Naclerio and Edward Sims; and her children, Robert, Phillip Gordon and Karen Carpenter.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Wood; her daughter Diane Spears; her son-in-law Don; her stepsons, Thomas Wood (Lisa) and Douglas Wood (Susan); her grandchildren, Jason Carpenter, Kevin, Tyler Spears, Kristina, Brian Lama and Tommy Wood; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Hawke, Kevin, Everett Spears, John Lama, Grace and Jack Carpenter.
She enjoyed crocheting and donated her time at the hospital crocheting hats and blankets for the preemie babies with her friends.
