She was predeceased by: her parents, Coleen Taylor and Howard Taylor; her husband James Williams; her siblings, Howard Taylor, Edward Veal, Patricia Veal, Margaret White, Debra Walker, Timothy Veal and Howard Taylor Jr.; her cousins, Mary Richardson, Jo Angeles Richardson, Elaine Murphy, Frank Erwin and Walter Washington; and also Marvella Frye (Henry).
She is survived by: her stepfather Timothy Veal; her stepchildren, Claudine Broadwater, Diane Curry, James W. Williams, Jr. and Leon Williams; her grandson Matthew Kingsley; her great grandchild Rachel Stella; her nieces and nephews, Vanessa Veal, Phillip Scott (Ellen), Caswell Powell Jr. (Jacqueline), Shalyn Veal and Regina Matos (Angel); and her daughter Reverend Belinda R. Stokes.
