It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elihu Turgell (Paramus, New Jersey), born in Brooklyn, Connecticut, who passed away on March 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Lisa Friedland (Ed); his grandsons, Adam, Peter and Andy; and his parents, Harry Turgell and Mollie Turgell.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Temple Israel of Westport- Rabbi's Discretionary Fund, Jewish Senior Services in Bridgeport, or the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS).
