She is survived by: her friends, Dottie and Fuzzy; her daughter Carolyn Parrish (David Prutz); her son-in-law David Parrish; her grandchildren, Jessica Johnson (Will), Allison Ballentine (Jace), Valerie Moriarty (Andy), Anna Prutz (Kevin), Brittany Prutz (Roger), Nick Prutz, Joe Prutz and Emma Dixon (Kim); her great grandchildren, Davis Johnson, Andrew, Zane, Owen Moriarty and Delilah Prutz; her friends, Phillip Gill, Tommy Gill, Judy Tizzio and JoAnn Copertino; and her caregivers, Venetia, Christine and Elizabeth.
