She was predeceased by: her parents, John Urban and Rose; her husband David J. W. Bell Jr.; and her son David J. W. Bell III. She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Bell of Paramus and Janice Orr (John) of River Vale. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
