He is survived by: his wife Vivianne Newman; his children, Gary Newman (Sari) of Woodcliff Lake, NJ and Sandra Levitt (Felix) of Roswell, GA; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jack, Jolie and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC.
