He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Sean R. Chiaccio and Charlotte D. Chiaccio; his stepson Bryn Weinhardt; his mother Judith Ogozalek; and his siblings, Nancy Cicali, Suzanne Fee, Anthony Ogozalek and Scott Chiaccio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
