With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick T. O'Neill (Palmyra, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 25, 2020 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Daniel O'Neill and Sean O'Neill; and his grandparents, Letitia Barnes and Malachy. He is survived by: his father Kevin M. O'Neill; his children, Sean Patrick and McKenzie Marie O'Neill; his mother Tish O'Neill; his brother Brian O'Neill; his grandparents, Walter, Anna Mae Barnes and Adrienne O'Neill; his uncle Walter Barnes Jr.; his niece Mikaylah O'Neill; his aunt Margaret O'Neill; and also Brian O'Neill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to an education fund currently being set up for his children Sean and McKenzie.
