She was predeceased by: her sister Arline Thomas; and her parents, Willard J. Ann and Louise Ann (Kelly). She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Silva (James), Sharon Fardis (Jim), Willard and Michael E.. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and fifteen great-nieces and nephews.
