She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughters, Nicole Hixon (Charlie) and Michelle Kukawski; her father Henry Sincavage; her brothers, Gerard Sincavage (Geralyn), Joe Sincavage (Lisa) and William Sincavage; her brothers-in-law, Mark Kukawski (Suzanne), Chris Kukawski (Nancy) and Paul Kukawski; her nieces and nephews, Kristin, Kim, Mike, Mary Kate, Elizabeth, Matthew, Jason, Jill, Alicia, Melanie and Kristen; and her great-nephews, James, Sean, Conner, Hunter and Levi. She is also survived by her daughters, son-in-law, and nephew.
