She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Slowakiewicz and Stan Slowakiewicz. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" C. O'Brien, Jr.; her daughters, Sarah O'Brien (Michael DeNote) and Meredith O'Brien (Matthew Hinsey); her stepdaughters, Dawn Grothmann (Mark) and Lauren Bonomi (Flavio); her grandchildren, Evelyn, Chip, Billy, Sullivan, Briar and Aurora; her stepgrandchildren, Bryn, C. J., Morgan, Alex and Isabella; and her brothers, Stan Slowakiewicz (Jill) and Richard Slowakiewicz (Donna). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
