He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean and Hugh Toner; his wife Carol; his children, Lisa Toner and Hugh Patrick Toner; his sister Kathleen Toner; his son Sean P. (Stephanie); his grandson Hugh Patrick, III; and his siblings, Michael (Mary) and Maureen Barry (Brian). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
