He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Collins (Smith); his children, James Collins (Tracy), Kevin Collins (Lori) and Tara Trofa (Frank); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Deanna, Melissa and Madelyn; and his sibling Patrick Collins.
