The memory of Charles Joseph Cresanti Jr. of Palisades Park, New Jersey, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughters, Therese Cresanti of Kissimmee, FL and Christine Kingsbury (Todd) of Pennington, NJ; his brother Ralph; his sister-in-law Dawn Iafrate of Park Ridge, NJ; his grandchildren, Jessica, Michael Cresanti-Daknis, Lauren and Tyler Kingsbury; and his great grandchild June Marie. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Weatherhead Young Funeral Home (885 Mantoloking Rd, Brick, NJ 08723). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Visitation (730 Lynnwood Ave, Brick Township, NJ 08723, USA). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (56 Cedar Grove Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753).
He touched the lives of so many, even those he never met through decades of donations to various charities including the St. Vincent DePaul Society for whom he volunteered for years.
