He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Kinney and Jacqueline Kinney (Delaney); and his siblings, William Kinney and Beverley Marason. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Smith (Robert Smith Jr.); his siblings, Benjamin C. Kinney (Michele), Brenda Brockmann (Eric), Joseph M. Kinney (Clara) and Patrick Kinney (Jo Raye); and his friend Stephanie Kruse. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
