He is survived by: his children, Michael Paccione (Ana Celaya) of Phoenix, Arizona, Elizabeth Leo (Travis Leo) of Delray Beach, Florida and Matthew Paccione of Ortley Beach; and his former wife Janet Paccione of Dumont.
