He is survived by: his sister Pink Floyd; his pets, Barry White, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Ozborne, Def Leppard, Eric Clapton of Bob Seger, YES, Santana, Cindi Lauper, Wings and Kenny Loggins; his wife Margaret Ernst (Shaffer); his children, Anthony (Ruth Grisham) of Altamont, NY and Melanie (Michael Pulik) of Forked River, NJ; his sisters, Susan (Raymond Hillers), Jane (Jeffrey Harris) and Lisa (Joseph Castellano); his brother-in-law Henry Walker; and his grandchildren, Aria Grisham, Chloe Grisham, Michael Pulik, Jr. and James Pulik.
