He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Caldwell; and his sister Ida Agurs (Roslyn Ford Caldwell). He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Bethea (Leonard) and Curtis Caldwell (Brenda); his godsons, Perry Tims, Donnell Tims and Duane Tims; his nephew Silvester Agurs; his nieces, Velma Keith, Terre Bethea and Olenthia Murray Chloe Caldwell (Kenny); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenae Keith, Kailah Binnom, Malcolm Keith and Cyril Binnom III; and his close friend Pat Gaskins.
