He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Watson and Amos Watson; his wife Portia Burt Watson; his siblings, Amos, Roger Watson and Carrie Smith; his children, Thomas Watson (Tonja Watson), Tawana Watson and Tanika Watson; and his grandchildren, Marquise Watson, Quiara Watson-Harris, Imani Wideman and Quiya Harris. He was also cherished by grandchildren; one bonus great-grandson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
