He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Spencer and Prince Spencer; and his siblings, Rev. David Spencer, Sr. and Rita Williams. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spencer of Montclair, NJ; his children, Kim Spencer (James) of Hyattsville, MD, Melissa Spencer (Quaneshia), Audrey McMillan of Newark, NJ, Kevin Spencer and Prince Spencer of Montclair, NJ.; and his siblings, Herman Spencer (Gloria) of Plano, Texas and Lillian Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
