She is survived by: her grandchildren, Malcolm, Caitlin, Declan, Owen, Damaris, Casey, Ariana and Rudy; her great grandchildren, Aurora, Ava, Soul, Ayana, Aiden, Amani and Braiden; her daughters, Zulma Zabala (Sekou Burton), Zarala Zabala Kelly and Sandra Blotnick Sherwood; her siblings, Mario Rosario (Nelly), Ruth Delia Gomez (Celestino) and Sonia Valentin; and her former husband Ramon Zavala. She is also survived by her daughters, Noemi loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She went with our loving God, April 5th, 2021 at 2:32pm after fierce battle with COVID in West Orange, NJ.
