He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Johnson; his parents, James Johnson Sr. and Georgia; his wife Johnnie Tutt-Johnson (Jonye); his sisters, Lillian Stephens of Linden, NC and Pauline Turner of East Orange, NJ; his stepdaughter Destiny Tutt of Augusta, GA; his stepgrandsons, Shamik and Oshallah King; and also James Johnson, Jr.. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
