He is survived by: his wife Neomi Meadows; his former wife Marie Meadows; his son Charles Douglas Meadows, Jr. (Shannon); his stepson Carey Mincey (GiGi); his grandchildren, Charles D. Meadows III, Kyra Williams, Jada Williams and London Meadows; his great grandchild Myron; and his sister Frances Capers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
