She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lambert and Beatrice Gregory Russell; her husband James Parker; her daughter Millicent Parker; her sisters, Dorothy Sue Gregory Simmons, Coralyn McNickle and Irene Russell Benjamin; and her grandchildren, Al-Wa Jid Lewter, Ryan Myricks and Zion Haven Parker.
She is survived by: her stepfather James Russell; her children, Charles Malik Parker, Michele Parker, Lisa Parker, James Parker, Jr., Sheila Lewter and Pamela Parker; and her siblings, Beatrice Deloria Russell, Radean Sturdivant, James W. Russell and John C. Russell. She is also survived by grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
