She was predeceased by: her parents, Polly Jeffries and Walter Odell Thompson; her grandparents, Willie Lee Jeffries and Rachel Walker Jeffries; and her brothers, Louis Jeffries and Earl "Boot" Jeffries.
She is survived by: her extended family Jessie Jeffries; her significant other Robert Hollins, Jr.; her children, Dwight Jeffries (Ann Marie Bianchi) of Longwood, FL, Sherline Budhram, June Jeffries of Montclair, NJ and Olivia Richmond (Dewey) of Huber Heights, OH.; her grandchildren, Yvonne "Yvie" Smith (Chad), Christopher Lewis (Talisa), Jason Bailey, Steven Bailey (Natasha), David Bailey, Dwight Budhram, Nathaniel, Nolan Edmondson, Dewey Richmond (Kristina) and Malcolm Richmond; her aunt Sallie-Ruth Jeffries of Burlington, NC.; and her close friends, Kay Reid, Robert Williams, Judy English and Darrell Fraiser.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (229 Wallace St, City of Orange, NJ 07050). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
