With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Pittman (Orange, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Smith and Daisy Smith; her husband Lawrence Pittman; her sisters, Dolores Kimble and Jacqueline Bennett; and her nephews, John Kimble and Kyle Bennett.

She is survived by : her sister Janice S. Lee; her nieces and nephews, Sonya Kimble-Ellis (Michael), Kimberly Bennett (Rick Bryant), Martin Lee (Dorcia) and Kevin Lee; her great-nieces, Ashley Bryant, Deondra Lee, Denetra Lee, Deja Lee and Cherise Kimble; her aunts, Pauline Davis and Irene Smith; her cousins, Debbie Summey, Sam Smith, Eric Smith (Colith) and Jacey Manuel (Dee); and also, Bryan Bennett and Kylah.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at 163 Oakwood Ave, City of Orange, NJ 07050.
