He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Ambrose and Jean Marie Ambrose; his brother Joseph; his sons, Jonathan Whitehead, Paul Whitehead, Thomas Whitehead (Ivy), Diana Whitehead, John, Gary, Kirk, Katie, Stacey and Christy; his grandchildren, Lily, Julian, Hannah, Delaney and Dylan; and also Queens.
