He is survived by: his wife Leonora Smith McCoy; his daughters, Laurel McCoy of Syracuse, Melissa Phillips of Palm Bay, FL and Holly Macko (Scott Macko) of Palm Bay, FL; and his grandchildren, Brittany Phillips and Daniel Phillips, II of Melbourne, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
