She was predeceased by: her parents, Konradt Kardash and Eva Kardash; her husband Leonard Ament; her granddaughter Deborah Lynn Ament; and her siblings, Eleanor Ball, Conrad Kardash and Vera Suit.
She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Ament (Barbara) and Gregory Ament; her grandchildren, Christine Hawks and Ryan Ament (Jenny); and her great grandchildren, Courtney Hawks, Kensey Hawks, Ethan Ament and Gabriel Ament.
