He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Koch and Kathryn Koch; and his sister Charlotte Koch. He is survived by: his children, Allison Koch (Peter Ubriaco) and David Koch (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Evangelina, Alexander, Willem and Joni.
