Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc. (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Paul's Catholic Church (82 Lake Rd, Congers, NY 10920).
