She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Rhodes and Roland Robert Rhodes; her brothers, Richard, Donald, John, Charles, Robert Rhodes (Frank) and Rowland; and her daughter Marie H Rowland Cramer.
She is survived by: her children, Frank A Rowland Jr. and Annie M Rowland Della Mast. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
