He is survived by: his wife Sofia Mateo; his children, Victor Mateo Jr. (Maribel), Belinda Douglas (Dave), Jeanette Rivera, Lillian Mateo (Adalberto Flores) and Sonja Armstrong; his sister Ana Mateo; his grandchildren, Jose, Lissette, Brian, Jonathan, Christopher, Nicolas, Adaliz, Adalberto and Lillianna; and his great grandchildren, Jayce, Madison, Mason, Kaylee, Matt, Rovi, Amir, Eliam and Sky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
