She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Horn and Patricia Horn. She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Fitzgerald, Donna Horn, Christopher, William and Charles Horn; and her great-nephew Keystone. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces.
