He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Nicole and John; his stepdaughter Tara; his brother John; his sister-in-law Jeanne; his grandchildren, PJ, Mira, Chloe and Philip; his stepgrandchildren, Paul, Lauren and Annabella; his niece Jennifer; his nephew Vincent; and his great-nephew Zach.
