She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Germano (Bob), Anthony (Susan) and Maria Martemucci (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Bobby, Jay, Matt, Michael, Patch, Amanda, Jessica, Samantha, Anthony and Alexandra; her great grandchildren, Kaleigh, Andrew, Brayden and Madisyn; her niece Andrea; her nephews, Kenny and Bobby; and her caregivers, Katie, Mary and Pat.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Olga's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
