He is survived by: his fiancé Allison Hicks; his parents, Richard Perez and Diane Perez; his brothers, Anthony Perez (Tanya) and Joseph Perez (Michelle); his nieces and nephews, Gabriella, Marissa, Ivan, Elliot and Lee; and his pet Max.
