She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Kosmisky and Helen Kosmisky (Careyva); and her brothers, Joseph and Robert. She is survived by: her husband Peter Klem of Old Bridge, NJ; and her sisters, Ruth Murphy of New Jersey and Theresa Horas of Frackville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
