With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Mae Higgins of Old Bridge, New Jersey, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wood and Mildred Wood; her significant other Robert J. Higgins; her sisters, Phyllis Cosgrove, Esther Lamberson and Lois Drost; and her granddaughter Lisa Donato.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah (William Donato) of Monroe Township and Lynn Richards of Nutley; her grandchildren, Robert (Heather), Amy (Gianluca) and Stephen; and her great grandchildren, Felicia, Philip, Izabella, Amelia and Alessia.
Memorial contributions in honor of Joyce may be made to either the Boys Town Non-Profit Organization (https://www.boystown.org) or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
