He was predeceased by: his wife Cecelia Kuhn. He is survived by: his son John F.; his daughter-in-law Sandra Kuhn; his daughters, Cecelia (Charles Caramico) and Kathleen (Louis Green); his grandchildren, Michael (Kimberly), Steven (Joanna), Kelly (Steve), Christopher (Megan), Kerri (Tom), Chucky, Katie (Michael) and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Graham and Nicholas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
