He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mazzeo and Isabel Mazzeo. He is survived by: his wife Caryn Mazzeo (Srebnick); his children, Cheryl (Axel Jensen), Carissa Jachcinski (Michael) and Charles (Olivia Kwiatkowski); his grandchildren, Sloane, Riley and Axel; his mother-in-law Sandra Srebnick; and his niece Sarah.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals (3377 US-9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Jude Children Hospital in memory of Charlie.
