She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Powers Smith; her mother-in-law Mildred; and her sister Kathy and her brothers, Bernard and Larry.She is survived by: her children, Christine of Old Bridge and David (Shannon McMillan) of Falls Mills, Virginia.; her granddaughter Kayla Abigail McMillan of Falls Mills, Virginia. She also is survived by her beloved cousin Richard D. McMillan and many cousins on the McMillan, Carlin sides of her husband’s family . Her cousins on the Smith side of her family. She also leaves many friends Affectionately in scouting she was known as mom Mac and her crossing guard career she was simply Barbara In addition she leaves her nephews, John, Paul, Denis Cronin, and her brother in law Dennis Cronin.
