He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Acquaviva (Carol), Anthony Acquaviva (Barbara) and Michael Acquaviva (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Monica, Nina, Kristina, Daniel and Dylan. He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren.
