She was predeceased by: her husband Edward K. Wagner; her parents, Michael Philbin and Sonja Philbin; and her brothers, Arthur and Sonny Philbin.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Cecere (Bobby) of Tinton Falls, NJ, Steve Wagner (Valerie) of Fair Haven, NJ, Ken Wagner (Jamie) of Red Bank, NJ and Jeanne Wagner of North Brunswick, NJ.; her grandchildren, Hillary Cecere, Desiree Michalski (Jordan), Michael Anthony Cecere (Mac), Michael Wagner, Mara Wagner, Thomas Wagner (Cassidy), Daniel Wagner, Julia Wagner and Abigail Wagner; and her stepgrandchildren, Emily and Alec Walsack.
A service will be planned for a later date due to current Covid-19 prevalence and restrictions.
In Lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or the Breast Cancer Association is welcomed.
