She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cooper and Christine Cooper; her children, Holly Kotusky and Matthew Dziedzic III; and her siblings, Robert Cooper and Henrietta Sawicz.
She is survived by: her husband Matthew Dziedzic Jr.; her children, Joyce Dziedzic-Bersch (Arthur), Lisa Kurzawa (Kevin) and Christopher Dziedzic (Noelle); her son-in-law Robert Kotusky; her grandchildren, Megan (Drew), Elizabeth (Michael), Katelynn (Sean), Emily (Rob), Nicole (Dave), Robert, Amy (Robert), Molly (Sidney), Maggie (Patrick), Damion and William; her great grandchildren, A. J., Ayla, Aleksander, Sadie and Jakub; her niece Faith; and her nephew Robert. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
