He is survived by: his children, Nicole and Keith Jr.; his brother Robert Cusick Jr. (Denise); his mother Doris Cusick; his nieces and nephews, Robert III, Corey, Sarah, Jolaine, Dave, Corinne and Brian; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eli, Dakota, Annabelle and Emma; and also Santasia.
