She was predeceased by: her son Robert Armstrong III; and her brother Charles Eagen. She is survived by: her son Todd (Jennifer Armstrong); her grandchildren, Michael, Kevin and Natalie Armstrong; her significant other Timothy Sherlock; and her siblings, Michael Eagen (Phyllis Eagen) and Gertrude Blauvelt (Charles Blauvelt).

Memorial donations in Catherine's name may be made to the Franklin American Legion, 57 Mitchell Avenue, Franklin, NJ.
