She is survived by: her children, Steven Willis (Shelly), Dawn Shields (Matthew) and James McCowan III; her grandchildren, Madison, Sidney, Rosario, Elijah, Darrin, Makayla and Maddie; and her siblings, Doris Estelle, Stanley McKinney and Gail Franks.
