With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Anthony Monteiro (Oceanport, New Jersey), born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on April 22, 2018 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joaquim Monteiro of Batalha and Natalia Monteiro of Batalha. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Monteiro and Maria Monteiro; and his grandparents, Antonio Silva of Palm Coast and Maria Silva of Murtosa. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
