It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Pontecorvo (Oceanport, New Jersey), born in Union Beach, New Jersey, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shea and Ada Shea (Walling); her husband Joseph J. Pontecorvo Sr.; her son Robert Pontecorvo; and her brother Raymond Shea.

She is survived by: her children, Gina (Andrew Wachs), Joseph J. Pontecorvo, Jr. and Donna (Stephen Remaley); her grandchildren, Lauren, Stephen Jr., Danielle and Christopher; and her brother James Shea (Louise).
